Double Beat Valves

The double beat valve is a valve that is usually applied under high pressure conditions where the force required must be minimum. They usually find applications in steam lines where the high pressure steam has to be let in and exhaust gases must be let out. But the valves can find application in many places where such working line is required.

Double beat valves are available in three forms, one manually where a disc is used to control the opening and closing, the gear type where a system of gears is used to control the opening and closing of valves and the third is automatic, which is operated by an actuator assembly.The actuator assembly is enabled using LVDT where a system of hydraulic cylinders helps in the opening and closing of the valves.
