Truck tippler or the truck loading and unloading system is a product we offer, where the entire truck is tilted at a desired angle to assist in the loading and unloading of materials from the truck with the help of a hydraulic pump and a platform. The system is permanently installed at the unloading bay. This helps in faster unloading of more number of trucks by the use of same amount of power. We provide a centralized control panel for the truck tippler system. The front wheels and rear wheels of the truck are hydraulically hooked to the platform and the platform is tilted at the desired angle for the material to be unloaded into the bay.
The design of the truck tippler is kept simple to facilitate ease of operation and the hydraulic pump is kept compact to assist in easy maintenance. The hydraulic cylinders are kept compact to occupy less space. The system is designed in a way to avoid the use of power during lowering of the platform, enabling you to achieve power saving in the process. This system finds application in the sugarcane industry, limestone, cement, coal, scrap management and such industries where bulk unloading of material is required.
