Globe Valves are essentially used to regulate the flow in a pipeline. It consists of a movable disk-type element and a stationary ring seat housed by a spherical body. Globe valves are available in two forms, one manual where a disc is used to control the opening and closing; and the automatic, which is operated by an actuator assembly. The actuator assembly is enabled using LVDT where a system of hydraulic cylinders helps in the opening and closing of the valves. We also can arrange for globe valves that can ensure opening and closing of valves by the use of a system of gears.
