TRUCK TIPPLER

Truck tippler or the truck loading and unloading system is a product we offer, where the entire truck is tilted at a desired angle to assist in the loading and unloading of materials from the truck with the help of a hydraulic system and a platform. The system is permanently installed at the unloading bay. We can also install a second platform powered by the same pump. This helps in faster unloading of more trucks by the use of the same amount of power. We provide a centralized control panel for such a dual tippler system. The front wheels and rear wheels of the truck are hydraulically hooked to the platform and the platform is tilted at the desired angle for the material to be unloaded into the bay.
The design of the truck tippler is kept simple to facilitate ease of operation and the hydraulic system is kept compact to assist in easy maintenance. HYDRAULIC DE-HOOKING

HYDRAULIC GRAB

Hydraulic dehooking machine is a hydraulic powered equipment that is used in the mass handling of sugarcane. This machine is primarily used to unload the bundles of sugarcane from the truck or container onto the Feeder Table for further processing. This dehooking system can be used to suit other such applications where mass handling of the product is required with a few modifications to the specifications and design of the dehooking system.
The hydraulic system consists of two sets of hooks that hold the material together. One set is the fixed one and the other the movable one, which is powered by a hydraulic system built on the dehooking block. This dehooking system consists of a hydraulic pump, a motor and a hydraulic cylinder. The retraction of the hydraulic cylinder controls the opening and closing of the movable hooks. This opening and closing of the hooks allows the system to lift the sugar cane load from the truck and unload it at the desired location. The entire hydraulic de-hooking system is enclosed in a metal casing that makes it durable and sturdy for extreme working conditions. The entire casing is lifted and operated by the help of an overhead crane. This allows the system to have an ample working space and a more stable performance.

PAN DISCHARGE VALVE

Pan Discharge Valve, also known in the market as D-Block, is a valve that is developed for a specialised application in the sugar processing industry. The most common application of the pan discharge valve is that it controls the flow of boiling sugar juice also called as sugar massecuite and transfers it to the crystalliser. The top part of the pan discharge valve is a vacuum seal that is attached to the pan containing the massequite. The pan discharge valve is connected to a cylinder at the bottom that controls the opening and closing of the valve by hydraulic power or an actuator system. The ram that opens up the valve is usually made of Stainless Steel SS 310 grade to give lifelong protection from rusting.
Our pan discharge valve is also developed by an inch control that allows for step by step flow of the boiling sugar massecuite to have controlled flow into the crystallizer. This helps the labour to maintain the capacity of the pan and prevent any failure due to overflow. The pan discharge valve can also be provided with various attachments or accessories like gauges to monitor the open/close status of the valve. As the sugar comes directly in contact with the valve, the lining of the pan discharge valve is made with EPDM Food grade rubber sheet to adhere to the norms of the food industry. The cut over valve consists of an opening on the top and a hydraulic cylinder at the bottom. The ram of the valve is made of Stainless Steel to prevent rusting.
